4 -session Zoom interactive and participative course on living life after breast cancer with resilience. Designed with feedback from oncologists and breast cancer survivors

Who It Is For:
After Breast Cancer (ABC) - Survivors with early-stage (1-3) breast cancer who have completed chemotherapy within the last 3 years (ongoing targeted treatment is accepted).

What You Will Gain:
- Be more aware of your emotions, thinking patterns, strengths, vision and goals
- Learn to turn negative thoughts to empowering positive thoughts.
- Learn to manage grief and fear, and take charge to become happier and healthier.
- Practice what you learn with fellow cancer survivors during each session.
- Meet other survivors, share your stories and learn from each other.

Topics Covered

July 17, 2024

Module 1:
* Raise self-awareness of your emotions, needs and thoughts that support you or limit you in being healthy
* Learn how to reframe negative thoughts as empowering ones
* Get to know other participants, hear and share experiences, practical tips and build a support network

July 24, 2024

Module 2:
* Improve self-esteem by reflecting on strengths and values, and receiving affirmation in small group setting
* Discover your personal purpose and vision so as to renew your energy and passion 

July 31, 2024

Module 3:
* Learn to manage emotions like fears and grief, and thoughts like “why me?”
* Learn to create joy and gratitude, set goals for yourself, relationships and career if relevant
* Habits to move forward

August 7, 2024

Module 4:
* Discuss and share what you have learnt from the programme
* How will you apply these in your lives moving forward
* Celebrate your fellow participants, feedback and affirmation
* Passing it on

Fee of $280 for 4 sessions, fully refundable with full attendance of 4 sessions.
